English III

About the course, Inglés III was a great experience also was very entertaining. I think the class was very interactive when speaking of the different themes of the book. I learned a lot of English as well as in grammar and pronunciation. I felt very comfortable with the course and I enjoyed it.The english is very important for future work that we will have and is a tool that highlights future professionals.

Dependency on technology

In the old days there was technology like computers, cell phones, games, radio and others but it wasn´t as advanced it is now. Looking back the people related more face to face, because the use of the technology was very scarce and simple. For example the cell phones, the Nintendos (video games that were healthy games specially for children) radio, record-players, cameras and TV in black and white, in that time were amazing for people. The families shared more and the children were more educated than today. I lived in these times that play in the street was funiest in the world and didn´t worry about anything.

Nowadays, the technology has changed considerably with avances, people have also changed. Like TV is in color with more than 200 channels to watch, that sometimes people do not want to leave the house. Before the cell phone was just to talk, nown has music, camera, photos, internet and are also easy to get, people always change for one better. People became really dependant because phones have many applications like watssap, viber, talk; social networks are very obsessive when people check them more than 30 times a day.

And some people cannot live without facebook for example, and for all questions google always has the answer. This goes to a point where children believe more on what the internet says than to their own parents and teachers.

I think that technology is important because it´s a means of updating the world. Also, for school, college and university it is means of education. Technology has aspects very negatives as it generates dependency. Other people people finally get troublesome personalities due to social-networks. The idea is to have self-control and educate persons more the children since they are in school.

God's not dead movie

God's not dead is a film where tests the existence of God. Where a professor of philosophy does not believe in a higher being and makes the rest of the class write in a role that God is dead, a boy does not want to, teacher assigned to show why God is not dead, through evidence and facts to back.

Personally, I really liked the movie as they prove the existence of God also different people coming out. also this is a reality in all the world when always speak about God and always there are people that not believe, this I like of the movie that show the existence of a God through the bible and science.

Flyboard

The Flyboard is basically a table of water propulsion universally connects to all watercraft. Allows propel underwater and fly up to 12 meters high.  Need a second person to give gas and so raise the pilot flyboard.

Ice climbing

It’s basically ascending inclined ice formations. Usually, ice climbing refers to roped and protected climbing of features such as icefalls, frozen waterfalls, and cliffs and rock slabs covered with ice refrozen from flows of water.

The people using picks in the boots, ropes to scale its slick and a technical ice ax in each hand, for climb of surface.
 

Cave diving

It entails diving into underwater caves, it one of the most dangerous sports by the lack of visibility, air, and light. In case your equipment fails, the cave makes it hard to make a quick ascent to the surface. 



 

Highlining

In high lining, the wire is located high up in the air, there are no balancing pole, no net to catch you in case you fall, and the wire is not stabilized and taut. it's very  dangerous because you cannot take a bad step.

Some extreme sportsmen have invented kite skiing. It entails the use of a traction kite and a harness to pull a skier across the snow and into the air. While this is ideal in wide-open fields or frozen lakes, there are some who have taken the sport even further and have kite skied downhill along snow-covered mountainsides.

Describing appearance

He is Liam  hemsworth is a australian actor of movie in hollywood, that  interprets films as "The hunger games" and "the last song".   He is a very very good-looking boy, and has a beautiful eyes  blues. And he wears a gray suit very elegant while assists the premiere of the movie. Physically he has a stocky and muscular body by the physical training makes, which requires films.
He has the hair wavy ,but also, he have dyed, by the type of  character he plays in the movie.

"An important past event"

When I started high school began my adolescence because in this place I lived many things like meeting new friends that I will always remember for all my life.

Also learn about different topics helped me gain honor rolls. As in the science fair, it was great to participate in this and compete with other students to advance and compete with all the projects around the country. Unfortunately I not pass, but it was a great experience. Another great experience was to have received medals for winning football games against other teams from universities, colleges and U.S. teams, it was great.

I started playing indoor soccer with my friends becoming the most fun because I spent a lot of time played, we always play for fun. Then it became something more serious because other teams we challenged. And started playing against teams of high category.  Becoming many hours and days of training.  And winning against the other teams was the greatest experience.

Serenades, parties and trips to the beach were the best because we were all friends and enjoyed much, as, it was the last years together. We went to the theater to see many acts funny like "quijote de la mancha". An the graduations dance was magic moment for everyone because it was the end in college and finally getting my title was great for me and my family. After beginning the career in the University of Dentistry; began the most important change in my life. I met new people that like the same things as me, with the same goals, in the career. Dentistry will be the goal for my future.

My plans for the future

Now I study dentistry , my goal is to graduate and to continue studying for a specialty in career and get titles. Having many patients with whom I can work, also have my own office.  Learn and improve my Inglish traveling to other countries.
 Travel to  different city in all the world, experience different cultures. Have a car, get married and have a child. But now  my main goal is to graduate as dentistry.

Presentation

My name is María José Toruño, I am a student at ULACIT where am studying dentistry, I like very much related with health and the treatment of the patient. I am an active person so I chose this career, because it need much work with the hands and make small movements with differents instruments. I like to work with people who have the same interests of mine. I am a person quiet and sometimes shy. I like to know different people and be with my friends. About my hobbies, I love watching movies especially  action, I like football, beach and dancing. I value friendship and God directs my life.
